What counts as an eligible item?
Fabric precuts and kits, plus notions: rulers, templates, cutters, scissors, pressing tools, bag hardware and the rest of the sewing and quilting notions in our Notions department. Machines, vacuums, and Janome and Riccar parts and accessories are the same price for everyone, member or not.
How does the $300 a year on Plus work?
Plus covers the member price on up to $300 of eligible fabric and notions in your membership year. Concierge has no annual cap. If you regularly spend more than that, Concierge is the plan to be on.
Do I have to be signed in to get the member price?
Yes. The member price is applied at checkout from your account, so sign in before you check out. It will not apply to an order placed as a guest.
Can I use today’s deal as well as my member price?
Today’s deal is 40% off for everyone, member or not, with nothing to join. On Concierge it stacks: the deal item is 40% off and the other eligible notions in the same order are still 30% off. On Plus you get whichever saves you more.
How long does a membership last?
A year from the day you join. Plus also ends early if you reach $300 in eligible purchases before then — whichever comes first. Concierge has no spend cap.
