Refund policy
Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your SewLoyal purchase.
Standard customers have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item for a refund or exchange. SewLoyal Concierge members get an extended 60-day return window as a membership benefit.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@sewloyal.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll send you return instructions and the address to ship to.
Please package items securely to prevent damage in transit — returns damaged due to inadequate packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
Restocking Fee
Items returned that are not in new, unused condition with original packaging are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Orders that originally qualified for free shipping will have the actual original shipping cost deducted from the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll email a prepaid return label and ship a free replacement once the item is received — no restocking fee applies.
Wrong Item Shipped
Contact us with photos of what you received. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item right away at no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If the carrier can't resolve it, contact us and we'll assist in opening a claim. Once a package is handed to the carrier, SewLoyal is not responsible for its handling in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
Cut fabric and patterns
Opened notions packages
Special order items
Used or opened books
Electrical components / circuit boards once installed or opened
Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
