Automatic Presser Foot Lift
The foot raises and lowers itself as you start and stop, so pivoting at a corner is one hand on the fabric instead of two on the machine.
250 Built-in Embroidery Designs including 40 Exclusive Designs by Anna Maria Horner
Two hundred and fifty designs are built in, with twenty monogramming fonts, and a 6.7" x 7.9" hoop area to stitch them into. Designs also arrive over your own network — no walking a USB stick to the machine.
Automatic thread cutter
One button trims both threads at the end of a seam, so a long run of piecing is not punctuated by reaching for scissors.
Start/stop button
Sew without the foot pedal — useful for free-motion work, and for anyone who would rather not hold a pedal down for an hour.
Speed control slider
Sets a top speed the machine will not exceed, so detail work stays controllable no matter how hard the pedal is pressed.
